Double-layer parquet means that the board is made of several layers of wood.
The top layer, known as the lamella, is typically made of solid wood, most commonly oak. The base is usually composed of softwood or multi-layer plywood; although occasionally, it can also consist of multiple layers of hardwood.
Double-layer boards can be installed above a heated floor.

ESSENTIAL – Natural look, with repaired and filled in branches.
RUSTIC - Natural appearance, with repaired and filled in branches, sap is
acceptable.
